Required Skills:

• Valid CRNA certification and state licensure
• Proven experience in anesthesia administration and patient management
• Strong knowledge of anesthetic techniques, patient monitoring, and safety protocols
• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in various anesthesia settings, including emergency or surgical units
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• BLS/ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in rural or underserved healthcare environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Active state licensure as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Other Requirements:

• Available to start on 05/01/2026
• Work schedule Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Valid certification and licensure must be maintained throughout employment
• Willingness to travel or relocate if required, and willingness to travel for licensure or other reimbursements
