Our client in California is actively seeking a skilled Anesthetist for a 60-day assignment beginning Oct 5, 2026. This role involves comprehensive anesthesia care, covering weekday shifts focused on general cases, elective surgeries, and trauma. Nights and weekends will primarily entail inpatient, add-on, and trauma cases. Shifts vary, including 7-330, 7-5, and 7-7 schedules. Join a dedicated team delivering essential patient care.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide anesthesia for weekday shifts focusing on general cases, elective surgeries, and trauma.
- Manage night and weekend shifts, covering inpatient, add-on cases, and trauma.
- Perform a variety of OR cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Opthalmology, and OB.
- Collaborate with two CRNAs during night and weekend shifts, with one assigned to the OR and one to OB.
- Handle only add-on, inpatient, trauma, neurosurgery, and OB cases during night and weekend shifts, with no elective or open heart cases.
- Work variable shifts, including 7-330, 7-5, and 7-7 schedules.
