Your expertise will help ensure optimal outcomes for patients aged 12 and above in a Level III hospital setting. Required Skills: Valid MN Board of Nursing RN license Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist credential in Minnesota Minimum of 1 year of CRNA experience Current ACLS/BLS Tier 2 certification Strong understanding of advanced anesthesia techniques and patient care Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to perform specialized care procedures (excluding blocks, epidurals, or spinals) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR systems Flexibility to cover occasional overnight, weekend, or evening shifts Familiarity with tertiary care environments and complex patient populations Experience with 12-hour call shifts or beeper call availability on weekends and weeknights Preferred Education and Experience: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia At least one year in a similar hospital or tertiary care setting Proven ability to work in a supervised model with minimal supervision Other Requirements: Live at least 50 miles or more from Abbott Northwestern (MN is not a compact state) Availability for a minimum of two consecutive weeks per month, totaling at least 36 hours per week during the initial three months Credentialing process duration: approximately 90-120 days Willingness to participate in paid orientation Ability to adhere to hospital policies regarding overtime, holiday pay, and call compensation Access to reliable transportation and ability to support on-call responsibilities, including occasional overnight shifts Compensation & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59 Paid Orientation: 3 days Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Additional reimbursements for licensure, travel, and certifications Overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x rate Call pay: Weekend beeper call up to $1,000; weekday beeper call up to $700; callback pay at 1.5x hourly rate Flexible scheduling with day shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM) Supportive work environment with a dedicated team committed to your professional success Bring your expertise and passion for patient care to a dynamic healthcare environment where your skills make a tangible impact.
